THE POWER BEHIND THE SCENES...
I have been promising to make a plug for our backroom staff for a while now. An analogy is helpful here-consider a chariot, its drivers and horses or better still a car and how this might equate with our work.
The drivers are our front staff, the receptionists and office staff. They are the smiling faces that you see, the voices that answer the queries and make the appointments.
The chariot or car is the vets, the smart ones with the snazzy hairdos, good animal manners and fancy drugs.
The horses and the power behind the business are our vet nurses. They tend the sick, assist the driver, keep the car properly maintained and clean up the mess. Tireless, quiet and most times unseen they are the strength under the hood the power under the saddle.
